Registration inclusions

All early bird, standard, late and student/early career conference registrations include:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as per the program
  • Access to the trade exhibition
  • Welcome reception (option to add guests with cost)
  • Dinner ticket (option to add guests with cost)
  • Name badge
  • Abstract book

Optional field trip tickets include:

  • Bus transfer to and from site
  • Light meal/drinks at dusk

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of 10% GST.

Cancellation Policy

Paid delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute.
In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec – Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend.

A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $66.00 (AUD) including GST, will be made on registration cancellations received up to 14 August 2025.
NO refund will be made on any registration or social function cancellation received after 15 August 2025.
All refunds prior to 18 July 2025 will be made after the Conference.

Travel Support

We have limited funding for early career researchers and students. Please check ECR Travel Support page for more information. The application is open until 1st May 2025.
