This half-day afternoon tour offers a unique opportunity to explore one of the region’s most treasured natural sanctuaries. Mulligans Flat is renowned for its diverse habitats and thriving wildlife, making it an ideal setting for both relaxation and learning.
During the tour, our knowledgeable guides will lead you through the reserve’s woodlands and wetlands, sharing fascinating insights about the local flora and fauna. You’ll have the chance to spot eastern grey kangaroos, red-necked wallabies, swamp wallabies, short-beaked echidnas, and a variety of bird species such as the bush stone-curlew and superb parrot. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the stunning landscapes and wildlife!
You will be picked up from the Canberra Rex Hotel and travel by bus to Mulligans Flat Wildlife Sanctuary. Bring a hat, warm jacket, water bottle. We will have a light dinner at the Sanctuary before returning to the Hotel.
